Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes to ensure they arrive safely, and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off at a Carrier

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location; we will notify you as soon as the carrier scans your return.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
